Today, Arvia has been cruising between the islands of Saint Vincent and Saint Lucia on an eastward course, aiming to dock in Bridgetown, Barbados tomorrow morning.

Our Captain, Robert Camby (below), is also leaving the ship tomorrow, for a well-earned break.

We have just placed our luggage outside the cabin this evening and according to the P&O staff, the next time we see it will be on the luggage carousel at Heathrow Airport – our fingers and toes are all crossed.

Tomorrow and overnight into Saturday will be a long day of travel, but we are now both looking forward to arriving home for lunch with Tom on Saturday.
